All CRVX products are produced on demand through our trusted production partners to ensure quality and sustainability. Because each item is made specifically for your order, returns and refunds are handled as outlined below.

1. Contact Us First

To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  • A brief description of your request

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

3. Size Exchanges

As products are produced individually on demand, size exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A one-time size exchange at cost, or

  • Store credit

Please contact us and we will assist you in finding the best solution.

4. Returns Due to Change of Mind

Because items are produced on demand, returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind are generally not accepted.

If you are unsure about sizing, please review the size guide carefully before ordering. For any concerns, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

As CRVX products are produced on demand, they fall under this exception.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 1 hour after purchase. Once production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

8. Return Instructions

If a return is approved, we will provide clear return instructions, including the appropriate return address for your order.
