Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to operate the store, process orders, take payment, deliver products, handle returns, answer support requests, keep the store secure, comply with accounting and legal duties, measure website performance and run consent-based advertising and remarketing. Depending on the context, processing is based on contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent under applicable Swiss data protection law and the EU GDPR.

Shopify, payment and store providers

The CRVX store runs on Shopify. Shopify processes data needed for storefront operation, checkout, order management, fraud prevention, analytics and related ecommerce services. Payment providers process payment information directly where necessary. CRVX also uses shipping, production and fulfillment partners only to the extent required to prepare and deliver orders.

Analytics and advertising

Where active and permitted by your consent choices, CRVX uses Shopify analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads tracking and Meta Pixel / Meta Conversions API for measurement, attribution, campaign optimization and remarketing. These tools may process online identifiers, device data, page and product interactions, cart and checkout events, purchase value and currency. We do not add TikTok, Pinterest, Klaviyo or other unused tracking scripts unless they are separately activated and disclosed.

Cookies and consent

Essential cookies are used to operate the store, remember cart contents, enable checkout, support security and save language or market preferences. Non-essential analytics and advertising cookies or similar technologies are used only according to the consent settings shown on the storefront where legally required. You can adjust or withdraw consent through the cookie controls where available.
